Piso Compartido is a friendly flatshare in the heart of Buenos Aires designed for those who plan to stay for more than one month in the city and are looking for a place to live with young people.

In the house, there is a maximum of seven people living at any given time. The tenants are mostly foreigners, who are studying at the university, learning Spanish or working here in the capital.

The house is fully-furnished, with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, full kitchen including cookware, flatware, and all appliances, a balcony overlooking a beautiful city park, and all the utilities, phone lines, internet and cleaning are included in the rent. We have single and double rooms for rent as well.

We also have a cable TV with a DVD player and free INTERNET WI-FI!!

San Telmo neighborhood is the oldest and most picturesque part of Buenos Aires. This is the district wher you can feel the tango in the cobblestone streets and colonial buildings which set the atmosphere for an array of shops and boutiques, bustling weekend markets, tango parlours and cafes. All this just 10 minutes walk from center city and 5 minutes from the nearest subway!
